i’m making my grandmothers chicken & dumplings for the first time this week (I KNOW!?!). the chicken has been cooked, deboned, & the stock strained ready to be finished tomorrow.
i spoke with my grandmother yesterday just to get all the prep details right and tonight decided to see what kind of nonsense-masquerading-as-dumplings was floating around our there. the screenshot above is representative of the very small minority who got it right. if your ingredient list has anything else on it YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG!
